Training and conflicts prevention
The objectives of my training programs are to:
· Equip managers and their teams with practical conflict management tools, enabling them to prevent and handle the tensions they encounter in their daily work
· Raise awareness among management about conflict management and active listening
· Emphasize the importance of dialogue in the workplace as part of a psychosocial risks prevention approach
I am committed to sharing the knowledge and tools that I have personally experienced throughout my journey as a mediator, enriched by my hands-on experience in the field.
My goal is to help the organizations I work with foster their employees' autonomy, empowering them to create lasting changes in workplace relationships.
Promoting well-being at work means reducing employees' exposure to psychosocial risk factors. It also requires the ability to make the right diagnosis when tensions arise, before they escalate into full-blown conflicts.
Not every conflict leads to harassment, but most cases of workplace harassment have their roots in unresolved conflicts.
I take the time to speak with each organization to assess their needs and propose tailored modules, adapted to the challenges they face and their existing culture.
I work with companies, institutions, law firms, and associations — a diverse range of organizations with which I have extensive experience, having personally worked in each of these environments throughout my career before becoming a mediator.
This background gives me key insights into the difficulties that arise in the workplace, both in terms of interpersonal relationships and the way teams and projects are managed.
I work with managers, HR professionals, and members of executive committees alike. My approach is always grounded in real-life workplace situations, while ensuring the confidentiality of all exchanges.
My methodology is based on:
Listening and respecting each individual, taking into account their pace, personality, and personal challenges.
Constructive and personalized feedback, designed to encourage perspective-taking and foster self-awareness regarding the situations each person faces.
Individual or team discussions conducted with kindness, which provide valuable opportunities to practice the principles of non-violent communication and enable everyone to improve at their own pace, without ever compromising personal integrity.
